THE BULL & CRANE
MEMBERSHIP CLUB POLICIES

The following policies are designed to ensure that all members of The Bull & Crane enjoy an exceptional and respectful experience that reflects the standards and culture of our club. These policies apply to all membership tiers and guests, unless otherwise specified.

1. CODE OF CONDUCT

Members and their guests are expected to conduct themselves with integrity, discretion, and courtesy toward fellow members, staff, and the community. Behavior that is disruptive, unlawful, harassing, or damaging to the reputation of the club may result in disciplinary action or termination of membership.

2. MEMBERSHIP IDENTIFICATION

Members must present their engraved membership card or digital identification when accessing reserved spaces, events, or benefits. Cards are non-transferable, except in accordance with approved guest policies or legacy transfer rules.

3. GUEST POLICY

• Members may host up to six (6) guests at a time unless otherwise approved.
• All guests must be accompanied by the member unless prior arrangements have been made with concierge.
• Members are responsible for the conduct of their guests while on the premises.

4. RESERVATION POLICY

• Rooftop and event spaces must be reserved in advance through the concierge or member portal.
• Cancellation within 48 hours of the reservation may incur a fee unless waived by the concierge.
• Members receive priority access to high-demand reservations based on membership tier.

5. DRESS CODE

Smart attire is required in shared and elevated club spaces, including events, rooftop lounges, and private dinners. The following are not permitted in these areas:

• Athletic wear (unless at wellness events)
• Flip-flops
• Explicitly branded or political apparel

Event-specific dress codes may be provided in advance.

6. MOBILE DEVICE & PHOTO POLICY

To preserve the ambiance and privacy of our members:

• Use of mobile devices should be discreet.
• Photography and video recording is not permitted in private events or member-only areas unless approved by staff.
• Posting on social media from club spaces must respect fellow members’ privacy.

7. ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCE POLICY

• The club abides by all state and local laws regarding alcohol service.
• No outside alcohol or substances may be brought onto the premises.
• Excessive intoxication or disorderly conduct will result in immediate removal and potential suspension of privileges.

8. EVENT ATTENDANCE

Members are encouraged to RSVP in advance for all events.

• “No-shows” to reserved, limited-capacity events may impact priority status for future bookings.
• Events labeled “Exclusive” or “Founders Only” are limited to those membership levels.

9. USE OF SPACES

• All spaces must be left in good condition. Any damage caused by a member or guest will be charged to the responsible member.
• Smoking and vaping are only permitted in designated outdoor areas.
• Members may not use club premises for personal promotion, solicitation, or business unless explicitly arranged with management.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY & COMMUNITY

Members are expected to uphold the club’s culture of discretion. Conversations, experiences, and individuals encountered at The Bull & Crane are not for public discussion unless explicitly permitted.

11. AMENDMENTS

The Bull & Crane reserves the right to amend these policies as needed to maintain the club’s standards, safety, and mission. Members will be notified of any significant changes in writing.
