was born out of
conversation.

The kind held over a good pour
A few longtime friends,
all with deep ties to Central Texas and a shared love
of meaningful spaces,
found themselves envisioning
something missing in their community:

idea over dinner


Quickly became a blueprint for something far greater — not just a bar, not just a business, but a legacy-driven space rooted in refinement, hospitality, and quiet influence. The founding team behind The Bull & Crane — drawn from backgrounds in real estate, design, and community leadership — proposed leasing the top two floors of the mansion. Their goal: to build a discreet, members-only club offering private meeting rooms, rooftop cocktails, curated tastings, and concierge service in one of the region’s most architecturally significant spaces.
